Use a three-phase outreach strategy designed to move contacts down a funnel of increasing engagement:
Phase 1: Initial Contact (Text or Email)
Phase 2: Conversation (Phone or Zoom Call)
Phase 3: High-Value Engagement (Coffee, Lunch, Event Invitation)
Goal: Move contacts from Phase 1 → Phase 2 → Phase 3 to deepen relationships and increase referral potential.
