LESSON 6
RESOURCE
A list of potential follow-up opportunities you can leverage to initial a reach-out to contacts.
Goal: Staying top of mind; staying on their radar. That way, when a need comes up for mediation, you’re the first person they think of.
Referrals don’t always happen immediately—it often takes multiple touchpoints. Use a structured follow-up process to stay top-of-mind:
Timeframe | Follow-Up Action | Goal |
|---|---|---|
Week 1 | Initial outreach (text/email) | Start a conversation |
Week 2 | Follow-up check-in, deeper engagement | Keep momentum going |
Week 3 | Value-add touchpoint (send an article, legal update) | Build trust & credibility |
Week 4 | Continual touchpoints and value-adds | Staying top-of-mind |
