If your response rate is high and you’re feeling overwhelmed by the number of conversations being started, pull back on initiating new reach-outs. Focus on quality over quantity. Conversely, if you feel things are moving slowly, you can pick up the pace.
Tracking: Use a spreadsheet to track your progress (date, method, response, next follow-up).
Accountability: Block out time on your calendar every day to prioritize this work and not let the urgent choke out the important.
