The Quality of Your Questions Determines the Quality of Your Future
Most people don’t ask for what they want out of fear—fear of looking needy, fear of looking foolish, or fear of hearing no. But by not asking, they reject themselves before anyone else does.
Don’t assume rejection. Take the risk. If they say no, nothing changes. If they say yes, you win.
How to Ask Questions Powerfully
If you want better results, you have to learn how to ask powerfully. Here’s how:
✔ Expect a yes. Confidence influences the response.
✔ Believe it’s possible. Asking without belief weakens your request.
✔ Ask the right person. Find who actually has the power to say yes.
✔ Be specific. Vague requests get vague results.
✔ Ask repeatedly. Rejection isn’t failure—it’s part of the process.
A Notre Dame study found that 94% of salespeople quit after four rejections—yet 60% of sales happen after the fourth ask. Success doesn’t come to those who ask once and give up. It comes to those who persist.
What Have You Been Too Afraid to Ask For? And what’s it costing you?
Make a list—career, finances, relationships, health, goals. What do you need? What do you truly want? Where have you been holding back?
Then, start asking.
Because the truth is, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
