Believe in Yourself

Have the Audacity to Upgrade Your Beliefs


If you’re going to pursue the life of your dreams, you have to believe you’re capable of achieving them. Believing in yourself is a choice, and like any skill, it’s something you can develop over time.


The first step is to stop cycling the idea of “I can’t” through your mind. Saying things like “I don’t know how to” or “I wish I was able to” weakens you. These words don’t just affect your confidence—they actually shut your brain down.


Your mind is designed to find solutions, but the moment you tell yourself something isn’t possible, your brain stops looking for a way forward. The only way to achieve what you want is to let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back.


Imagine thinking for years that you weren’t capable of something… only to finally try and realize you could do it all along. The regret of wasted time—of holding yourself back for no reason—is one of the worst realizations a person can have. But the truth is, it’s never too late. Some of the most successful people in history didn’t find their breakthrough until later in life.


The only difference between those who make it and those who don’t is belief—and having the courage to try even when belief is hard.


Your Thoughts Create Your Reality


What you focus on, talk about, and deeply believe in will shape your reality. You can’t create a life of abundance while constantly focusing on struggle. You can’t build success while obsessing over failure. Whatever dominates your mind—whether positive or negative—will grow.


This is the foundation of the art and science of Future Building: Ask, believe, act in alignment with that belief… and trust you are worthy to receive.


Most people don’t intentionally think about what they actually want. Instead, they focus on what they don’t want. They complain about their job, stress over their bills, criticize others, and dwell on problems. And without realizing it… they’re feeding more of that same energy into their lives.


Your thoughts carry a frequency, like a magnet. If you think with excitement, gratitude, joy, and expectancy, you’ll attract more of the same. But if you live in frustration, stress, and negativity, you’ll continue to experience those emotions and circumstances.


You are a Reality Magnet—you attract more of what you are. The life you have today is the result of the thoughts and emotions you focused on in the past. If you want a different future, you have to start thinking and feeling differently now.


Rewire Your Mind for Success


Start by shifting how you talk about your life. Stop saying things like, “I want to get out of debt.” That keeps your mind focused on debt. Instead, say, “I’m creating financial freedom.” That moves your focus toward abundance.


Be deliberate about where you put your energy. When you catch yourself worrying or dwelling on what’s missing, replace those thoughts with images of the life you want to create. This is intentional daydreaming—using the power of visualization to rewire your mind.


And don’t stress about how it will happen. That’s not your job. Your job is to believe—to move through your day with certainty, to trust that something bigger than you has already set things in motion, to commit to your future with conviction.


Faith can move mountains.


Activate Belief with Action


You are enough. You are strong enough, smart enough, and capable enough. You already have what it takes. But belief alone isn’t enough—you have to take action and follow through.


If your intuition tells you to call someone, do it. If an opportunity presents itself, step into it. The more you align your actions with your beliefs, the more momentum you create.


Think of your mind like a radio. If you want to hear jazz, you have to tune into the jazz station—not the heavy metal station. The same goes for your thoughts. If you want abundance, love, and success, you have to tune your mind to those frequencies and block out anything that pulls you away from them.


The Power of Gratitude


One of the most powerful ways to shift your energy is through gratitude.


Think about it—if you already had everything you wanted, you’d feel appreciative and grateful for it. So by practicing those emotions now, before you even have it, you align yourself with the energy that attracts it.


Make gratitude a habit. Every day, write down what you’re thankful for. Train your mind to notice the good in your life. The more you focus on appreciation, the more you’ll find to appreciate.


Step Into Your Future Now


Disregard how things are and start focusing on how you want them to be. Believe it. Feel it. Take action. And watch how fast your reality starts to shift.
